Our new Cuisine du Terroir is now open for guests — a warm and elegant space set in our old stone cellar, where you can prepare your own meal with the wonderful produce of Gascony, at your own pace.

Of course, our generous breakfast remains included each morning, and on selected evenings we continue to offer our beloved table d’hôtes and cheese & charcuterie boards on request.
